Talent Show Application

The second of three talent showcases was held August 23rd, 2008 in South San Francisco.
The next Talent Showcase will be held on October 17, 2009 in So. San Francisco. The application deadline for that show will be September 15, 2009.

Proceeds will benefit M.I.L.E.S. to help music and art departments in Bay Area schools.

Performance Agreement
If applicants are granted performance, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the Talent Showcase and Mystic 7 Records (See Rule Regulations), to use and supervise with care any use of equipment, stage props, sound equipment provided by Mystic 7 Records and its affiliates, and make good any damage or loss of property arising from carelessness, negligence, or mishap. Each group(s), or performer is limited to three (3) songs total. If any more are required it must be in writing and agreed to by the Talent Showcase Committee.
